All jewellery is hand-worked and finished in Australia.
Some people have a chemical make up which causes their skin to react with certain metals. All materials are labelled in the works' descriptions, thus by wearing this work, customers agree to take responsibility for any personal reactions that may occur.
The borosilicate glass is extremely durable and a 2 year replacement guarantee is offered on works in the 'Decoratif Collection' only. Works must be proven to have been damaged by normal everyday wear. Please note, a photo of the work and a proof of purchase (receipt/bank statement) is required for the replacement guarantee to be honoured.
All payments are to be made in full, inclusive of postage costs, via credit card. Only one payment transaction can be made per order. Bëuy uses Paypal as our secure payment gateway. When placing an order, you are confirming that you are authorized to use your selected card.
Every care and duty is taken to ensure this site is secure. Therefore, bëuy is not responsible or liable for any unauthorised access to this site.

Postage is FREE Australia wide. Please specify if you would like extra cover when ordering.
Orders may take 2 weeks from order to receipt of goods.
If you are purchasing an item as a gift, we are happy to include a gift card with the package and send the invoice to a separate address. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
DELIVERY - INTERNATIONAL
Please note that you may be liable for import duties and/or customs excise on your order and you are responsible for payment of these when the order enters your country. We are not responsible for any delays at customs.
You will receive an email confirming your order. If for any reason your items purchased are unavailable, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and you will receive then an immediate refund.
Goods sold are non-refundable unless claimed damaged or faulty within 7 days of delivered date. Please email fault details, your receipt number and a photo of faulty product to arrange exchange. Please note we cannot exchange if you simply change your mind and postage in non-refundable. International customers will be reimbursed upon receipt of item. You must send goods via Registered Australia Post, no returns will be accepted by any other method. For International returns you must mark on the postal company's consignment so that Products do not attract possible customs duties and taxes again. The item will be assessed upon receipt for fault. Wholesale orders are final at point of invoicing and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless claimed damaged or faulty within 7 days of delivery.
